Richard Nixon

I was looking at my blog today, through the archives, and decided to return to the main page, half expecting it to have been added to. Then I realized that was my job and typed this.
“We’ve never made great husbands, have we? Of course, I have a good excuse: I’m part gay.”
“Supposably, everyone is.”
The Life Aquatic is now one of my favorite movies. If only more people had seen it.
After that, I watched a little Venture Brothers.
“Doc, you have a table over there with a sign that says ‘lazer-deathray-bargin-bin’!”
Ah, the fun.
Also, I’ve added the Assassination of Richard Nixon to my semi-legal collection. I refer to it as semi-legal because ‘felony’ is such a dirty word. It sounds as though I knocked over a liquer store. Anyways, I think this is the best work I’ve ever seen out of Sean Penn and highly recommend anyone with eyesight to go see it. It follows the true story of a furniture salesman who is oppressed by the system and fights back by attempting to kill the President of the United States. It happened in 1974 and the movie follows pretty closely the events. In all, I have no idea why more people aren’t talking about this movie.
